The skin around the eyes is the thinnest and most delicate on the entire face. At around 0.5 mm thick, it is four times thinner than the skin around the rest of the body. This thinness, combined with a low number of sebaceous glands and a sometimes capricious microcirculation, makes this area particularly vulnerable to external aggression, premature ageing and signs of fatigue. 5. Finish with a pressure point on the 3rd eye: Located between your eyebrows, where the bridge of your nose meets the centre of your forehead, this pressure point will relax tension.

6. Apply morning and evening: Apply in the morning for a fresh look and in the evening to encourage cell regeneration.
